‘’over and above whatever has been provided to him by the U.S. Secret Service’’
Considering the dumbing-down of the SS, and the disgusting Muslim pig the SS people ultimately answer to, Trump should get another layer of private security to protect him from the SS.
Well said
Trump is blowing up political correctness. It is driving the liberal nuts. GO TRUMP GO
He says the same thing now about all his supporters...”Nice people”...”Fantastic People”....at every Rally...he knows exactly how to manipulate the masses emotions. Just make them “feel” good about themselves and give their itchy ears what they want to hear........repeated time and time again...Trumps like a feeding trough...and people lined up to get their bellies full just as many times.
Imo He wants the “Win” ....another notch in his belt...and the power to do what he wants....and it’s not going to be what his supporters expect.
Trump.......”Hillary’s a great friend of mine. Her husband is a great friend of mine. They’re fantastic people. I mean, they’re — you know, the thing, they get a bad knock. She’s a very nice woman. People think, tough, tough. And I guess she’s tough, but she’s a very nice woman. And he’s a very nice guy. We know all about the smarts and how smart they are, and all, but they are good people.”
AND ...”I’m endorsing McCain. I am basically very strongly — you have to understand, I’ve known him, I like him, I respect him. ... He’s a smart guy and I think he’s going to be a great president.”
Bravo, well said -- I agree SO MUCH with that, Kickass -- at the time I was livid at my fellow Californians for not getting off their butts and providing Schwarzenegger with the support he requested -- it was a special election where those measures were presented, and many people just didn't take the trouble to get to the polls that day.
But here's the real deal, Kickass. Arnold was an actor and showman, he needed an audience and needed constant praise. He got it during his campaign, and suddenly all the adoration disappeared. And so, essentially, did the Arnold we thought we were voting for. Arnold wouldn't have given up if he still had the spotlight and people cheering and praising him. He should have stayed in show biz.
Trump promises to be EXACTLY the same way. Trump thrives on applause and attention, he is a hot-headed showman whose schtick is "refreshing candor" expressed through cocky confidence. It works in the entertainment field and perhaps in negotiating contracts, but in the White House, it will only bring embarrassment and disappointment.
People who vote for Trump are only voting for what they hope he will be in office; they have zero way of knowing where his political compass will tend because, even though he has nearly a quarter century more years on this earth than Ted Cruz to zone-in on a political philosophy, Trump's entire political history is of one whose political compass is and remains as mercurial as the markets.
Cruz's entire political history is of a limited government Constitutional conservative. People know what they're voting for with Cruz: the political compass he's adhered to since he was in high school in the late 1980s.
If trump is on the ticket, I’ll vote third party. Under no circumstances will I vote for trump.
Of course Trump isn't going to break the law deporting illegals, which means that Trump is going to deport by fully enforcing existing law, similar to Cruz.
Only Cruz doesn't promise to expedite the good ones back.
Well said!!
That post is a keeper.
Yes, and the video gives a good indication of what Cruz thinks about deportations.
Around 10:50 on the video Cruz asks why ICE is not deporting the 12 million people here?
Thank you for your kind words!
I agree. If you have watched his last two rallies he is going after Hillary and Obama and his competition not as much. At this point who is going to catch him? Nobody.

That’s exactly it... further Trumps giving people a false sense of security by supporting him........and we all remember what Obama supporters of “Hope” REALLY amounted to.
Well again....Obama appointed a Latino senior administration official as the director of ICE, who has admitted clearly that the guidelines/ directives from Obama trump the law!.....sounds rather Hilter-tonian to me....his leaders also said they were only following “orders”.
Cruz on the other hand not only will deport the Criminal element of illegals....but he can position them easily to self deport...and they will just as they did before Obama....only under Cruz they will be leaving in droves.....and watch Mexico cringe!...They need to!
Trump is "The Gamesman" described by Michael Maccoby in a book by the same name.
Yep. At some point he will lose interest and move on to the next game. That is what “The Gamesman” does.
Cruz's severe criticism of ICE Director Sarah Saldana for not pursuing deportations authorized under federal immigration law is more than political rhetoric in the midst of a campaign.
There is a section from the Cruz Immigration Policy that is often overlooked because typically it doesn't appear in bullet-point summaries of the overall policy. However, one small paragraph speaks to Cruz's resolve to enforce federal law on the books presently, which we know calls for deportation of anyone apprehended in the country illegally whether they have committed another crime or not. The paragraph in the policy I refer to appears below in blue font.
Hold DHS accountable to the American people. Under the Obama Administration, DHS has failed to perform core national security tasks. The Department of Homeland Security must be able to fulfill its obligation to American citizens, and its officials must be held accountable. I will:
Hire the right people: Appoint a no-nonsense, security-focused leader as Secretary of Homeland Security, and instruct the Secretary to transfer DHS personnel and resources as needed to best protect the American people.
Let them do their jobs: Empower the Secretary to remove DHS employees who refuse to abide by the law, and replace them with dedicated men and women committed to securing our nation. Bureaucratic failure and willful ignorance of the law will no longer be an option.
Work with the states: Reverse the Obama Administration's policy of preventing state and local governments from participating in immigration enforcement, and instead partner with the states so they can assist with immigration enforcement and border security. Increase the number of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents to ensure that ICE has the manpower to support state and local enforcement efforts. And fully fund the State Criminal Alien Assistance Program to help finance the efforts of local governments actively assisting in the enforcement of federal immigration laws.
Cruz makes a specific pledge in his immigration policy to direct the Secretary of DHS in his administration to remove and replace anyone in the department who is unwilling to enforce federal immigration laws. This promise of a house cleaning in the DHS bureaucracy, which he has the authority to carry out immediately as head of the Executive Branch, is an important signal about Cruz's seriousness on the issue of deportation and rule of law.
