Any Mosque being used to implement the doctrines of Political Islam is operating as a state-establishment of government.

That is a violation of the 1st amendment.

Why is that being allowed?

Won't work. Political Islam has to be neutralized from within the religious Islamic community by securing the right of "believers" to see the self-evident truth (fraud) for themselves.
