Three shooters described as male plus malik who was probably driving or placing bombs in the building. That’s four, this morning I’ve not heard anything about the suspect who was detained or what has to be a fourth terrorist.

Did anybody else notice the driver appears to be signaling with FLASHING of the black SUV headlights in the street-level phone video played repeatedly, I thought first it was a specially installed emergency flasher setup turned on, but after seeing it several times its definitely a MANUAL signal flashing. So if signaling while being hotly pursued by police, Why? Who is the intended recipient?

Who would think to flash headlights in the heat of a chase?? Anybody got an idea?
