Police have named a second suspect in the San Bernardino shootings, a 28-year-old Qatari citizen named Tayyeep bin Ardogan, according to Fox News.
Fox News Middle East analyst Lisa Daftari tweeted the account late Wednesday night.

TAYYIP (BIN) Ardogan is adding (bin = son of) to the Turkish president's name. This is not a Qatari (Arabic) name!
TAYYIP (Turkish) = TayyeB (Arabic) = kind in English, ironically.
