1. Why is a military civil affairs unit conducting a "security" survey at a domestic public school system? Under whose authority?

2. Even if it is a constitutionally legit function, why are they in civilian clothes instead of military uniform?

3. Why do all three young men appear to be "swarthy" in appearance?
