An eyewitness to the later police shootout said the perps had "scruffy" faces, or black beards.

A witness inside at the party described how all three entered by different doorway, pulled three different fire alarms, and then shot up people.
Police scanners have already reported that they have the perps. All three of the perps plus the driver of the get away SUV.
