I know. For terrorists of any type, a developmental disabilities center must be pretty much at the tail end of a list of possible targets. If not drug/gang related, 3 terrorists who took a wrong turn, were looking for a large building and found the wrong one? This is bizarre.

I could possibly see one lone gunman - I mean, the yearly visits to ensure that my brother-in-law still has Downs is just a total waste of time, and always they choose the only time that is convenient for them.
