An employee interviewed on CNN said it was a banquet for county employees. A Christmas party more than 3 weeks before the 25th seems odd to me.
Not to me. They probably have the next three weeks off with pay. It is Kalifornia.
Not really. COnsider the closer you get to the 25th, the more people will take vacation.
Not unusual for companies to get everyone together before people start breaking off for holiday leave.
The Christmas party for my Company is tomorrow night at 6 pm. Not unusual..It is always the first Thursday after Thankgiving for us and one year the date fell in November.
