That’s my wife’s point as well. In our neighborhood of twenty + houses, there are four black SUV. We are quite upset about this, particularly as my wife has worked with elderly in a similar care facility. The patients are generally not able to quickly able to realize the danger and not able to move well enough to get out of the way. This takes people capable of inhuman hatred and cruelty. ISIS would fill the bill.
