Here we have guys with AR's strapped to their bodies in a dark SUV and the newswoman from Channel 7 says "It's unclear if this is related to the earlier shooting or not.."
It is unclear if this is related to the shooting. It could very possibly be some gangbangers who took a wrong turn. Black SUVs are very popular with that crowd.
Things will clear up. In a couple of hours.
