I curious as to why there are no helicopters, pursuit vehicles and why didn’t someone try and stop the suv?
Wasn’t a swat team or atf present in a jiffy?
It almost seems like they let them go.

When seconds count, help is minutes away.
It strongly appears that they entered, shot, then left. Local law enforcement wouldn't even have the helicopter spun up at the airfield before that SUV was long gone. And honestly, black SUVs are so incredibly common in Southern California where nearly 30 million people live - the 10 Freeway was just south of the attack, they could have been on that freeway within minutes and you can virtually forget finding them.
