Authorities are responding to a report of 20 victims in a shooting in San Bernardino on Wednesday.
The incident was reported in the 1300 block of S. Waterman Avenue (map), according to the San Bernardino Fire Department.

Early in the car chase, someone fled the car on foot and was captured. I heard it on the scanner and saw it was noted in several posts on this FR thread.
Have not heard a thing about that guy from anyone since then. Nothing in the press conference or from the talking heads.

They are saying on KNBC that the shooting occurred at a banquet hall in the building and involved people in a party. The party involved a room with no security and easy access. The San Bernardino Health Department was at the party. I gather it was a Christmas gathering.

"FoxNews reporting that one of the perps was at the meeting to assure that a specific person or persons was at the meeting/Christmas party, argued, angrily left, and came back with the other two shooters."Maybe one or more health department employees had sidelines as pharmaceutical sales reps? And had a dispute with their Mexican supplier? Or is that too far-fetched?
