Two top Republican senators have written directly to Secretary of State John Kerry and Director of National Intelligence James Clapper about possible leaks from their departments on the review of Hillary Clinton’s emails that left the wrong impression that two “Top Secret†messages were not that sensitive.
Fox News has confirmed the letter was sent by Senator Bob Corker, R-Tenn., who chairs the Foreign Relations Committee, and Sen. Richard Burr, R-N.C., who heads the powerful Intelligence Committee, on November 13. Copies were sent to the intelligence community and State Department watchdogs, known as the Inspectors General. The IGs were asked to conduct an independent review of the process.
While the Corker-Burr letter is not public, Fox News has confirmed that the senators included a Politico report from November 6 in which unnamed sources claimed the two Top Secret emails had been downgraded after a second review.

Even so, that still leaves 997 classified emails she ILLEGALLY stored on her ILLEGAL server
She put the entire nation at risk by putting classified information on an unsecured server.
Probably for the sole purpose of allowing others to glean information and get kickbacks through the Clinton Foundation in exchange.
She needs to be indicted, tried and jailed.
There cannot be one rule of law for her and one for the rest of us.

You were talking about “kick backs” presumably that would mean to other people. Kick backs by definition means paying someone off who directed something lucrative in your direction.

How is “paying for their lifestyles” NOT taking money out of the foundations? Who is the “their” you’re talking about?
No, I meant kickbacks in the sense that foreign interests and givernment were kicking back money to the Foundation in the guise of “donations”, in exchange for the information glommed off the server.
I think he is saying they don’t take actual cash out of the foundation and put it in a bank in their name. They just travel, buy, and get whatever they want but the “Foundation” picks up the tab.
Rush calls it their slush fund.
I wish Trump would come out a say the only reason Clinton and others in the administration have not been prosecuted is because the justice dept. is corrupt and is protecting them. Then say if I'm elected president we will have a legitimate justice dept and crimes of the former administration will be legitimately investigated and WILL BE PROSECUTED.
Put them on notice that when they are finally out of power We The people are coming after them. We can not afford to let the crimes of this administration go unpunished.

That’s as it would pertain to the Clintons. I think he explained what he meant by kick back in another post - benefitting someone other than the Clintons.... That makes sense - to some other entity....so if I’m reading it right, the money is in someone else’s hands, siphoned off and THEN passed on to the foundations.
Clever rascals aren’t they? Rotten crooks is what they really are. I would like to know who the outfit is that put all the foundations together. It is more convoluted than Howard Hughes estate was and no one could figure that out..
