I have never bed tanned yet as an active male I experienced enough “exposure” to have had two melonoma episodes.. I’m still kicking. Minor compared to some.
I have enough trouble sleeping as is with snoring spouse and poodles to have 21 hour days to contend with. There’s something to be said about sleeping in a cave.
