Yeah, I’m pissed.I don’t suffer from “white guilt” or any other manufactured dilemma.

You and me both brother. I feel NO guilt for anything which happened before I was even born, nor for my ancestors who were poor farmers just trying to scratch out a living themselves.

And anyway, with the self-appointed "victims", it's a never-ending cycle. First we had to desegregate and integrate because it was "unfair". Once they got their way on that (I believe it surprised them how easily whites caved), they needed a new meme for their role of "victim", so now it's because they deserve to have their own groups, schools, etc. Segregation again. But ONLY when initiated by them, and only FOR them-God forbid whites should do the same and have groups of our own based on race. We might do something terrible like celebrate OUR history, the history which is the story of civilisation, and it's not all negative. It's the basis of western civilization, and blacks couldn't stand it if we pointed that out by celebrating our history.

All we're supposed to as a racial group is cower in shame as other racial groups scream and moan about the bad things in our history, as if they-all of them-weren't killing each other, enslaving each other, warring with each other, and eating each other, while our "evil" western civilization was moving ahead while inventing penicillin, the Industrial Revolution, outlawing child labor, eradicating diseases such as polio (for all the good it's done now that the unvetted immigrants are bringing them back, and as a bonus, diseases which we never had), giving women rights and the vote (that may not have been a unmitigated good thing), attempting to reach close to 100% literacy (well that had a monkey wrench thrown into the works, didn't it), going to the moon, etc. But we're supposed to ignore all that and curl in the fetal position as we listen to the "victim" groups recount the sins of a few of our fathers, over and over.

Screw that. They don't have to listen to me, I'm just some white person, they can ask Muhammed Ali how he feels about his ancestors being brought to America so he could be born here, even if they did come under very inauspicious circumstances.
