Yep.

The cops mentioned Chase Bank. But it was only by way of telling the dispatcher (and the rest of the force) where they were.

They were in front of Chase Bank, about 700 feet south by southeast of PP, taking fire from the shooter.

There was never any allegation that the shooter tried to rob Chase or either of the two other banks as the location.

The shooting started down there and moved to a location outside the Planned Parenthood building. Why didn't the shooter just go into the Planned Parenthood Clinic if that was his target? Why have a shootout in the parking lot with the police first?

I find it more likely he was going to rob a bank than he targeted Planned Parenthood. I think he ended up there more by chance than design.
