His vote was one of the oldest tricks in the DC Scumbag playbook. Vote to bring the bill to the floor where it can't be stopped, then vote against it. I hope you are not really deceived by that kind of trickery, if you are it truly is too bad.

His clarity is obfuscated by the fact- that’s FACT, man, an actual real world DEED- that he did vote for giving Baraq Husein plenipotentiary powers to negotiate any deal he wanted with Iran. When called on it by the Conservative commentators he firmly and forthrightly weaseled and said he had to vote for it because it would pass even if he didn’t. That is the McConnell/Boehner mustelism.
