Facts is facts, and unproven claims of what people heard on a scanner are hardly reliable. Nothing liberal about me, but I’m not making stuff up not relying on seventh hand reports about what people heard. Got a recording, know someone who does? Yeah, didn’t think so.
A number of people (including myself) transcribed LE chat on the LE scanner. You might want to take a look at the thread from that day where listeners were posting the same convo’s. Nothing unproven about it. Facts is facts.
