The only reasons to think about going there would be cheap drugs or dental care.

I don’t know if the group still does it but at one point a few years back I knew of one that would charter a Greyhound, leave at midnight, arrive at the border around 7am, cross the border and their perscriptions filled and shop, etc. Then they would come back to the bus, and leave for home abour 2pm. They would do this every quarter and I don’t remember the cost but it was cheap for both the drugs and the bus fee.
A bit on the illegal side, but generally not enforced so long as the prescriptions aren’t for narcotics.
