I didn't see a ready figure broken out by race for weapons, but they probably have it. You might even guess2mate, if that's okay, by combining stats here with the previous ones:

Using Table 43A from your source,

Year of 2011                            Total   White   Black
Murder and nonnegligent manslaughter 	8,341 	4,000 	4,149

Note: This is the only stat in this table where the Black number is higher than the White number.
