I was surprised I could come up with a picture of Ray Bliss for the first post last night! The Internet is amazing.

If you want to know the history of this folk-rock band, just put on a recording of "Creeque Alley." The genius behind them was Lou Adler at Dunhill Records, and the Wrecking Crew, who backed all their songs.
