No. It is another lie perpetrated by some freepers. Cruz was for increased H1B before the abuses came out.
He offered amendments in 2013 as Senator Sessions’ office confirmed to show hypocrisy in the bill that Sessions also voted for.
Rubio lied during debate listing precautions that should be taken that are NOT at least at the time were not in the bill with H1B with Rubio’s name on it.
Cruz voted yes on some pre real vote TPA or TTP, I mix those up and voted no on the final bill. Rubio’s vote for it made it 60 yeah votes.
You cannot especially trust all Freepers. Have to do your own research. Fascinating all they come up with his TPA vote, amendments to the gang of 8 bill, and that Mrs. Cruz works for Goldman-Sachs.

============================================================ OK. Please take this for what it's worth... Based on your response, it appears Cruz was for increased H1B Visas before he was against it. I understand people can change positions, however, this was fairly recent and as I understand it (hard to keep up with fact/fiction) he was still for this up until very recently...That means he's been a supporter of increasing H1B Visas since he's been in office? With regard to the TPA & TPP (I know, I get confused with them as well), as I understand it, his vote for fast track basically sealed the deal, though it gave him cover to vote against the overall deal. Sounds very parsed and political to me...either you're for it or against it, not for one part then against the other part. That sounds very nuanced and "Senatoreese" for the "pee-ons simply wouldn't understand". The Goldman Sachs issue does give me pause as it is not just that issue, but the fact Heidi Cruz was a co-author of the North American Union nonsense from CFR, admittedly penning a rebuke, but the rebuke was not on the overall plan to drop borders and basically have a North American Economic Union, but only that government should not be involved; implying she (and by proxy, Ted?) still supported the context of a NAA of a borderless North America for economic purposes...giving up sovereignty? I've seen no refutation to this from her or Ted. Lastly, if you were considering a run for President as a conservative candidate, would you not think that having a spouse that was (I know she took a leave of absence) a high level person with GS AND being involved with CFR could be a problem and be prepared to head this off at the pass?
