The latest hit piece: “Donald Trump Mocks Handicapped Reporter“, brings out bursts of laughter from the kitchen because, well, in order for that to be accurate – Trump would actually have to know the reporter, and well, know he was handicapped…. he doesn’t, and he didn’t.

If Trump doesn't know the reporter and didn't know he was handicapped then what was with the body gyrations?
