it appears Cruz was for increased H1B Visas before he was against it. I understand people can change positions, however, this was fairly recent and as I understand it (hard to keep up with fact/fiction) he was still for this up until very recently.He did have to feel the heat before seeing the light ... but a few years ago Trump was calling self-deportation "maniacal", so there are no perfect candidates this year.
