Cruz will not have a chance if he is ever in a position to win anything. It will be brutal.
And one of the things they will focus on is his looks. But when they do the easily done “he looks and sounds weird” thing to Cruz, there will be zero push back from anyone but powerless, sputtering Cruz supporters.
Many conservatives seem to forget we are fighting against leftist hegemony of our culture. Until several months ago, I thought no one person could challenge the hegemony. All was lost until the doubtful day when our culture was won back.
And then along came Trump.
I respect other people’s pov (mostly).
But this fact alone seems so clear to me, I am at a loss to understand why other conservatives do not see it as clearly.
And I realize there is no point in arguing over it. Folks have their own deeply held views and need to see it for themselves.
