Trump has never met Kovaleski or had knowledge his disability. For your argument to hold water, Trump would have had seen this reporter making the statement that he doesn’t remember 9/11 cheering by Muslims in NJ.

So his prior comment, “Now the poor guy.. you ought to see the guy” doesn’t stir any idea that he knew of his condition.

Kovaleski claims that he interacted with Trump over a dozen times and where on a first name basis. I think that Trump is a liar and coward. He is acting like a teenage mean girl who mocks someone and then claims that she wasn’t intending too.
