FYI MY SS is not a handout. The funds for MY SS were taken for that specific purpose against my wishes without my approval ...The money I receive from SS is not yours or theirs, it's mine...Always was, always will be.

Morally, you are correct. Unfortunately, legally you are not. Congress could cut your social security check tomorrow 100% and there is nothing you could do about it, other than to vote for different politicians.

No, and neither is unemployment comp or Medicare. I didn't mention ANY of them, and did not have those in mind; but Trump did not talk about Medicaid or welfare, either. He's not selling himself as a small government man. He's selling himself as a better and more honest government man.
