I standardized on the 1911s.
I agree with the purpose of the Ruger LC 9, but I went with the KAHR CM9. The Ruger was my second choice.
Yeah the Kahr's a real value. Ruger hasn't come right and said it, but I get the feeling they consider the LCP and LC9 to have a shelf life, something like a Kimber pepperspray gun, if you run it like a steel frame, flat-top Blackhawk.
Of course a lot of GIs thought Mr. Stoner's new 5.56 rifle was from Mattel, but found it to be pretty reliable after all. If they kept it clean.
