Why not raid the entry standards and make it much easier to get rid of bad cops? The "blue wall" mentality and the police unions make this almost impossible. For whatever reason, good cops will go to the mat to defend bad cops. It's one thing I've never understood about LEOs.

It would be a lot easier if we started pairing up cops more. Most police can tell you somebody they don’t want to go on calls with.
