To hell with the UN.

I also don’t buy this stuff that was likely recorded this morning.

There is no good side here, I’m simply saying I wouldn’t be using the UN to make your point.

“I also don’t buy this stuff that was likely recorded this morning.”

You’re just blindly repeating Russian disinformation. The NATO Secretary General reported that the other nations in the region confirmed Turkey’s account of the radio and radar information. they have more credibility than Russia does after invading the Ukraine with Russian troops and then trying to deny it did so in some extraordinarily blatantly lies.

“There is no good side here, I’m simply saying I wouldn’t be using the UN to make your point.”

The activities of the Kurds, Turkmen, and others in guerilla warfare across the borders of turkey and Syria are well know historical events for many decades. The existence of the provision in the Charter of the United Nations is a public document that does not require its use. It is simply a fact of life, which happens to authorize much of Turkey’s combat operations against targets within the sovereign territories of Syria. it is also mandated by the Kellogg-Briand Pact along with the Budapest Memorandum of 1933.
