There exists no footage of thousands (or even hundreds or dozens) Muslims celebrating 911 in the states.
I saw it (as did SJB and Darksheare) on CNBC. Whether 'footage' still exists would depend on whether NBC and other media chose to retain the historical record, or purge it so as not to offend the likes of CAIR and other Muslim apologists.

Millions of people were recording broadcasts on their VCRs that day. If it happened somebody would have it. I wish I did! I’d sell it to Trump for $10,000.

CNBC showed at least 4 groups of American Muzzies celebrating 9/11. It could have been more, but I can’t recall. I watched CNBC from about 4:30 AM PST, to 11:00 AM, then I switched back and forth between CNBC and Fox.
