What this idiot Obama is doing is so childish it’s easy for adults to miss what he is thinking.
He’s saying IMO that by ignoring ISIS hopping around like the Tasmanian Devil, murdering, blowing up things, and people, chopping off their heads, and so on he’s showing them they don’t mean squat by proceeding with business as usual, and once they realize their tantrums don’t get them what they want they will come to their senses, and cease their silly ways.

I’ve seen, and heard it all before right down to the “I gave them the look.” as though that accomplished something.
Obama feels he was not elected to be the president. He feels he was elected to implement an agenda. To illustrate, when Bush was elected, terrorism was not a high priority with him. On 9/11/2001, however, he knew what his presidency would be about, and turned on a dime. Obama, however, gets irritated by world events that need his attention, if they don’t match his agenda. They interfere with him implementing his agenda, so he ignores or belittles them.
