Twenty years ago....some General would have been fired. Today? They will award a medal to some guy for finding a way to limit military operations.

While I appreciate this guy's compassion and concern for civilian casualties, he needs to be relieved of duty and we need to find someone with the moral clarity to do what needs to be done. Of course, he might have plenty of clarity, but is having his hands tied. It all starts at the top.

The Bottom Line: A homo-and-transgendered-friendly General who can’t count bullets. Got the promotion for toeing the political line and not for competence.
