There is a big difference between Putin and the Russians. One can hope the Russians will begin to love liberty more than empire. Putin is an ex-KGB Colonel and an arch criminal who hijacked Russia’s efforts at democracy. He runs Russia for his personal benefit. ISIS is beyond the pale and deserves to be wiped out with severe effective and extreme violence.

Let Putin wipe out all of these muslims. The fact that he is not a good guy is exactly what the muslims need. Similar to what Genghis Khan said to the muslim leaders after he crushed the greatest Muslim empire of the time: “I am the punishment of God...If you had not committed great sins, God would not have sent a punishment like me upon you.”
