How has this been dealt with in Public Schools since the very first Public School? That is how you deal with it for goodness sake!
I would take a guess between mass-confused-Trans-whatever and gay kids thinking they will get some new bathroom deal, or like Eric Cartman in Southpark’s one episode using this to manipulate the school.....there’s probably 300 such kids in the state.
The quickest thing to rectify this....shutdown all indoor toilets....hire some Johnny-temp toilets to put out back of the school and ensure no heat for any of these in the winter time.

I was thinking something similar. There is a "battle" about this? Only a few years ago, they would have arrested little boys for going into the girls room. Now we have to explain to them when it is and is not appropriate and explain to the girls why it is acceptable for some boys but perverted for others?

We built unisex restrooms where I work to accommodate these folks.............I guess that’s too simple of a solution.

"Gender non-conforming" is apparently a different category than 'transgender'. So, it isn't someone who has gender dysphoria.
It's someone who just feels like 'non-conforming' his was that day. Probably just to get into the girl's dressing area. "Well, I just don't conform to the notion that I'm a guy....today."

The States need to band together and refuse to send their Education Tax Dollars to DC. This Admin, through ‘executive action’, imposes absurd policies and then threatens to withdraw funding unless the States comply. STOP SENDING YOUR EDUCATION MONEY TO WASHINGTON........KEEP IT IN YOUR STATE TO FUND YOUR OWN SCHOOLS!
