If the Corker bill had never happened, Obama still would have done the Iran deal, calling it an agreement.
But it would not have the backing of Congress that it has now. In other words it would not be legitimate, but now that it has the backing of Congress it is. I really don't get why you keep defending this. You have already said that you are all for TPA/TPP, why not just admit that you are all for Iran being armed with nukes and a pact between America and Iran that states America will defend Iran from Israel with military force if Iran needs it. I mean does it really matter what's in the deal? That Cruz voted for it is that should matter, right?

The Iran deal does not have the backing of Congress.
Every President for the last 80 years except one has had Fast Track Authority. It is hardly a new thing. No, I’m not for TPP and would not vote for someone unwilling to shred the Iran deal.
