Yeah, Jefferson is identified mainly with the drafting of the Declaration of Independence but as a key Founding Father, it seems that he would also have shared some insights and provided input to the language and content of the U.S. Constitution as well.

He wanted it changed every 20 years or someting to reflect the generation of the time. Not one of his brightest ideas, IMHO.
