Not as far as I can tell. I clearly remember the footage of Palestinians cheering 9/11, but I'm unaware of any similar thing happening in New Jersey, as Trump claimed.

To qualify - I’ve seen no evidence that “thousands” of Muslims in New Jersey cheered 9/11, but some claim to have seen film of twenty or thirty Muslims in New Jersey cheering 9/11.
