Donald Trump didn't hold back on Karl Rove.
In the span of 15 minutes, the Republican presidential front-runner referred to Rove as a "total moron" - adding that "you can print that if you want" - and compared him to someone who has worse aim than someone randomly throwing darts.
"A guy like Karl Rove, Karl Rove is Republican establishment. He spent last cycle, $US430 million, and lost every single race," Trump said in an interview with Business Insider last week.
"And I saw the commercials and the things that he was making, they're the worst I've ever seen. I thought they were made by the Democrats. So you have morons - but they have morons like Karl Rove. Look at what happened with [Jeb] Bush. Look at what happened."
-snip-
But Trump also suggested in his interview with Business Insider that if he did, in fact, win the nomination, it would be possible to "make up" with the GOP establishment.
"Maybe. Maybe I will. I can do that too. I can make up with the establishment," Trump said. "Look, the establishment doesn't want me, because I don't need the establishment."

No, it’s pointing out that Trump paints himself as at the top of the heap in his game, when he’s NOT.
I would love to make a soup out of Roveâs fat head; some stock, celery, carrots, onions, egg noodles. When the fat got done rendering off that head, yum.

Kindly provide a link to Trump claiming he is the top net worth in r. e. developers. You've already stipulated he is tops in marketing and branding.
Thank you!
Ya got me there! But here's the truth: Trump's carefully marketed image is that he is one of the best, most winning businessmen in the world. The reality is that he says he is those things and the people who believe him only believe him at his word and the image he has created of himself. In truth, people have no idea how much of Trump's wealth is because he inherited it, or because he earned it.
But MOST IMPORTANT -- he created a very secure brand image for himself as genius problem-solving successful businessman before he ran for president, and the ONLY REASON he has the name recognition he does is because of media marketing. It is the ONLY reason.
If it was because of his vaunted business success, you'd have heard of all those other guys tenfold more, who are so much MORE successful and brilliant than Trump, and would see Trump as rather low on the comparative totem pole. If it was because of his conservative politics, you'd be able to point to a politically conservative track record.
But because his image is SOLELY based on media imagery and marketing, all you can point to is taking his word that he is what he says he is.
His record indicates a typical political moderate who thinks government has solutions.
"Solely"? You are a loon.

Again, you prove my point -- the ONLY reason you and the vast majority of Americans know about Trump at all, let alone believe that those "accomplishments" were particularly business "smart" in their actual context, is only because he self-promoted himself as a genius. Many have documented Trump's brilliance -- others have documented that in actual context, Trump made a lot of mistakes and bad moves in business (ones that better businessmen in the same field avoided to the tune of having four times the self-made wealth of The Donald) that you have never heard of. It is very much subjective whether those big buildings and "accomplishments" actually represent what you believe them to represent. What isn't subjective is the amount of Trump's wealth, where it came from, and what it might have been had he better business sense.
You don't know about Trump or believe in him because of those "accomplishment," you know about them and believe them to be remarkable because Trump has MARKETED IT that way.
My point being, you said “solely”, as if his actual and considerable accomplishments disqualify him if they aren’t the best and most in his field. Loony reactionary bias.
