I agree - Enterprise has Always treated my very well for dozens of car rentals over the years.
One of their customer service slogan differentiators:
“A family run business, in a very corporate world.”
Yes, I always use Enterprise. They have locations everywhere I need them, they pick you up to take you to their location to pick out a car, and they have been unfailingly polite to me. I also get outrageous discounts from them via my BJ Warehouse card and/or teacher discounts.
I have never had a complaint about Enterprise. They are on the top of my list.
