So what do you do? If he is moving, get the hell out of there. If he looks like he is reasonably immobilized, put a rope around each hand and foot and tie him spread eagled on the floor and let the bomb squad deal with him. Hopefully they can remove the bomb without out it going off and the guy’s life is saved. Unfortunately, with the tendency to just kill these guys, all opportunities are lost to gather any intelligence.... since they are all using encrypted communication, it might be the only hope to find out anything.
