I dare you to go on national tv in front of millions and tell everyone what you asked God’s forgivness for. I wouldn’t tell anyone either - it’s no one’s business - not yours or anyone elses. He said he prays and those prayers are between him and God and none of your dam*ed business. I have seen many good “fruits” from Mr. Trump. Too bad you want to take God’s place and judge the man. Did God desert his throne and allow you the judging privileges for MR. Trump?
Excellent reply. We are not electing head pastor or pope of the country, we are electing the President of the country.
Excellent post, Cats. I was reading the first sentence, and thought, ok, here comes the butmonkey...
Perfect response!
Thank you!
As a practicing Christian, I know it is not any of my business what the reasons are a person goes to God with prayer. I saw the video where he was full of hubris saying that he didn't pray for forgiveness. The last person on this orb who didn't need forgiveness was crucified on a tree nearly 2000 years ago. His display of a lack of humility is troubling. You jumped the shark in judging me for commenting on Trump's public comments.
I don't know what his acts of charity are. He claims he has made many. I presume he has had many charitable donations. I happen to think that many wealthy people give freely to worthy causes in secret.
Matthew 6:1-4 1 Be careful not to practice your righteousness in front of others to be seen by them. If you do, you will have no reward from your Father in heaven. 2 So when you give to the needy, do not announce it with trumpets, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and on the streets, to be honored by others. Truly I tell you, they have received their reward in full. 3 But when you give to the needy, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing, 4 so that your giving may be in secret. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.
