The Anti-Defamation League (ADL) released a new report on Wednesday detailing a significant increase in anti-Israel activity on American university campuses over the 2014-2015 academic year.
No fewer than 150 explicitly anti-Israel events were held in Fall 2015 alone, marking a noted increase from the 105 such events that took place in the same period during the previous year.
Universities were themselves complicit in the anti-Israel events, with at least 15 of the events being sponsored or co-sponsored by university departments at institutions including the University of California-Berkley, Drew University, and John Jay College of Criminal Justice. ...

The ADL is an extreme left-wing group that supports open borders. Relaxed immigration laws, and wide open southern border has greatly increased the number of Arabs and other Muslims. What did the ADL expect, the country to be flooded with Norwegians, and Swedes? No, they knew that the country would be flooded with 3rd World people. So, I don’t feel a bit sorry for the ADL and other Jews who are crying about the increase in anti-Israel activities.

Could not agree more. I don't have a better explanation than the spiritual ones that have been offered on this thread. I have wondered about this for most of my life.
I have an (American Jewish) friend who I used to work with, we keep in touch. He took his family and made Aliyah (exercised the right of return to the homeland for the Jewish diaspora) and he provides a bridge to me between the two cultures. Utterly fascinating.
I pray for Israel, and her people.
