I can foresee a scenario where if there is an ISIS attack on our soil close to the election and the polls start stampeding towards Trump, Obama will be bound and determined not to let that happen. He will use the attack to declare a state of emergency and cancel the election.
That at least now looks to be in the realm of possibility.
