That’s what I noticed when I watched Kasich during the last “debate.” Kasich looked like a strung-out Meth addict and should have been cuffed and taken to the De-Tox unit.
I don't know if it's from cocaine but I can't believe his twitching has not been more widely discussed. It makes me uncomfortable just watching him.
