This round of demands are remarkably similar to the demands of the University of Alabama, Governor George Wallace, and the Legislature of Alabama: segregation forever.
These people are demanding segregation. I guess it proves that if you live long enough, you will see everything circle around. I guess that if Lyndon Johnson, George Wallace, and the Democrats had offered free stuff from the beginning, we would still be a segregated country. That wouldn’t have been my choice, but the BlackLivesMatter crowd are clearly going in that direction.
Please they don’t want segregation. They want to have a “blacks only” fountain” and a “public fountain” that anyone can use, including them if it suits them. They sure as heck will not tolerate a “whites only” fountain, so no they don’t want segregation.
