And the rationale for either of these suggestions is....
Fir the first, “no vests for cops”, the first “enforcer” for the rights of the protesters to show up with a couple of handguns and an AK-47 with extra magazines is just going to use the cops for target practice.
Taking condoms away from the shaggers means they will have no chewing gum for afterwards.

re: Condoms. The percentage of births producing illegitimate children within the Amish community would indicate condom use is rather rare.
