It should be noted that the point made above applies as well to the other clauses of the stated purposes of our Constitution.
The entire Islamic worldview, religiously and politically, is contrary to the American way of life.

I agree with you that the preamble is the purpose statement of the US Constitution. Legal gurus from the establishment will say we’re all wet, that it’s only a flowery opening. In my view, no interpretation can violate the purpose statement.
Another point is that government policies which seek the continued immigration of Muslims subjects the government to excessive entanglement with religion (shari’a law cannot be ignored). It is arguably an attempt to establish a State religion.
That “insure domestic tranquility” part really stands out. There is no domestic tranquility with islam.
Here is something that I wrote yesterday about Islam.
We have freedom of religion in our country. Islam is a theocracy.
What is a theocracy? Glad you asked. A theocracy is a system of government where the “priest” rules as God. So, you see, Islam is also a system of government, not just a religion. The first amendment to our Constitution clearly states that Congress shall not establish a religion. Many have misinterpreted this as “separation of church and state” but that is a whole different discussion.
If Islam is both a religion and a system of government it is contrary to our Constitution in several regards. First, we already have a system of government, and we cannot have two systems of government operating at the same time in our country. Secondly, to have a system of government in our country establishing a religion it is, once again, a violation of the first amendment.
Pure followers insist on Sharia law. Sharia law is not a law that was passed by our Congress and then signed into law by the President. Sorry, no Sharia law in the USA.
There have been arguments about shutting down mosques. Good issue to debate. If Islam is actually a theocracy there may be a valid point in shutting down the mosques. It will take a Constitutional expert to review those points.
Why have other countries banned Islam? Possibly due to some of the reasons above. I really donât know the inner workings of all their laws.

Can a devout Muslim be an American patriot and a loyal citizen?
Consider this:
Theologically, no. Because his allegiance is to Allah, the moon god of Arabia.
Scripturally, no. Because his allegiance is to the five pillars of Islam and the Quran (Koran).
Geographically, no. Because his allegiance is to Mecca, to which he turns in prayer five times a day.
Socially, no. Because his allegiance to Islam forbids him to make friends with Christians or Jews.
Politically, no. Because he must submit to the mullah (spiritual leaders), who teach annihilation of Israel and destruction of America, the great Satan.
Domestically, no, because he is instructed to marry four women and beat and scourge his wife when she disobeys him (Quran 4:34).
Religiously, no. Because no other religion is accepted by his Allah except Islam (Quran, 2:256)
Intellectually, no, because he cannot accept the American
Constitution since it is based on Biblical principles and he believes the Bible to be corrupt.
Philosophically, no, because Islam, Muhammad, and the Quran do not allow freedom of religion and expression. Democracy and Islam cannot co - exist. Every Muslim government is either dictatorial or autocratic.
Spiritually, no, because when we declare “one nation under God,” the Christian’s God is loving and kind, while Allah is NEVER referred to as our heavenly father, nor is he ever called love in the Quran’s 99 excellent names.
Therefore after much study and deliberation....perhaps we should be very suspicious of ALL MUSLIMS in this country. They obviously cannot be both good Muslims and good Americans. Call it what you wish...it’s still the truth. The more who understand this, the better it will be for our country.
