A Ukrainian MP just kicked the deputy head of the Ukrainian security services in the head.
This wasn't a bar room brawl - this was during an anti-corruption hearing in Ukraine's Parliament.
This Vladimir Parasyuk, an MP who rose to prominence during the 2013 euromaidan protests in Kiev, kicked Basil Pisnya, the deputy head of the Security Service of Ukraine the session and it was all caught on camera..

He was the one that ended the negotiated settlement between that Boxer politician Vitali Klitschko and the government, to call early elections. And instead was able to launch the putsch assault on the seat of government.
Its clear how much he understands debate. Still violence is all he knows. After all, its how he gained power.

It was just a downward slap with the bottom of the foot while the guy was sitting. The kicked fellow was able to stand up, so no damage. Not much room for a real kick, except maybe an axe kick, which if properly executed, could have compressed the spine, crushed the skull, and spurted brain matter out the ears and eyes.
Cowardly wimp. Took a cheap shot, and then was retreating before his victim could react.
