Discord in Congress highlights the challenge for the U.S. of confronting global warming.
Diplomats will descend on Paris at the end of November for United Nations climate talks that could prove pivotal in the fight against global warming. President Obama has labored to show that the U.S. is serious about taking action to stave off the worst impacts of rising temperatures. But Republican critics, led by Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, are warning the world that the president’s environmental promises are built on shaky ground—and could easily crumble.
Republican opponents lack the votes to block the central pillars of the president’s climate agenda. Still, the clash over the Paris talks stands as a sharp reminder that congressional opposition forced the White House to abandon ambitions for comprehensive climate legislation. Policy experts warn that governments must do everything in their power to reckon with the reality of global warming as an environmental, economic, humanitarian, and national security threat. But make no mistake, Obama's trip to Paris is not the pointless, vacuous trip simply to facilitate some cockeyed convoluted theory of climate and the amelioration its effect. NO! Not in the least.
Everything Obama seems driven by is always about a diminished America, a wolf in sheep's clothing, and Climate Change is the most fraudulent, phony conspiracy ever, the point of which seems benign is probably the most damming plan against America ever devised.
So now, today as the clash over the Paris talks are getting hotter than ever (pun intended) we have President Obama in Gay Paree to show how serious he is about taking action to stave off the worst impacts of [sic] rising temperatures.
I'm conveying what the big brouhaha over Climate Change is really all about as most people don't realize how the implementation of any global climate agreement means the end of the US supremacy as if the US will survive what Obama has already done.
But the real reason for the relentless intensity in which Obama has sought just such an agreement is that it insures America's day as economic superpower will finally be over, done in by a global gang gleefully awaiting to get this agreement done.
You see, throughout the postwar years, the US had grown to garagantun economic proportions, that while only 5% of the world's population it had managed to consume 40% of the world's energy. This 40% of the world's yearly output of energy, was utilized to generate the humongous economic giant it became, you're forgetting that we had once produced 98% of the world's automobiles, today we're not even second, and along with it the undisputed military super power that allowed it to flex its political muscle in whatever way it desired.
But liberals and America-haters saw this relationship and how it made the US the superpower it was came up with a cockamamie theory to put an end to it. Energy usage does create by-products in the form of carbon, still as of yet unproven to be harmful to the planet yet, that pumps huge amounts of it into the atmosphere.
Now, the liberals, America-haters, communists, fudgepackers and the like had a plan. If they could limit the amount of energy bt limiting the amount of carbon allowed to enter the atmosphere the US utilizes in the making of itself so powerful, even if it is their very own energy, we could then leave the US an economic, military shell of itself never to throw around and impose its righteous moral indignation and the democratic, phony baloney freedom loving principles they all espouse, making America a third rate has been never again to threaten any tinpot dictators or banana republics again.
So that is what Global Warming and its fraudulent BS findings of a world on fire is all about. This is the very reason President Pussywilllow and the rest of the American-hating world, soon to be free to engulf the world in a million wars on raging war all over the world, with no one to stop these warmongers, these America-hating devils, and this is why Obama is so relentlessly bent on getting this agreement signed sealed and delivered.
Could there be anything more trite and inappropriate than climate talks in Paris?!

How anyone can utter those words is beyond me. How anyone can believe it is also beyond my comprehension.

I suspect Hussein will get his treaty this time and will not submit it to the Senate but will rather implement it as an “Executive Agreement” by executive order, fiat. The Congressional Republicans will rail and wail but will do nothing and will simply accept the new order. That with the TPP which must pass because the Republicans, including of course, Cruz, set it up so that id doesn’t require a Ratification vote in the Senate but merely approval by 34 Democrats, will cement control of the American economy in the hands of Hussein and foreign corporations and foreign governments. With the growing UN control of land and resource use by the UN (Agenda 21) the loss of sovereignty will be about complete. After those conditions are in full operation the tightening down on guns and their eventual confiscation will be easy. And the Republicans won’t save us. At this point they probably can’t, even if they were all Trumps.
